This office is always so helpful, from insurance questions to youth sports documents. They may ask you to hold on a busy day, but are always polite and never answer annoyed. The nursing/MA staff look you in the eye, ask if you need anything, have any question... double check on Covid requirements... and have a very easy process to be notified when it is safe to enter for your appointment. And they actually have openings scheduled specifically for a “sick today” child. Nothing worse than worrying for days when your cutie isn’t doing well. As always, Dr. Altoff is very focused on making his patients and their “worried mamas” feel comfortable and is very patient and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain and educate so you can make informed decisions about your child’s care. He is conservative in his treatments- but is quick to act on any urgent issue. If you have concerns and need a physician who will truly care about your family -this is your place! We are long.

We have been seeing Dr. Althoff for 16 years and he is great! He makes sure to take the time when he sees us, even though we know he is extremely busy. The office staff is great and we felt very safe when we were in there during COVID. I appreciated that!

I have been coming here with 3 kids over Ten years and always received an amazing and professional care. Dr Clark and the pediatric associates clinic stuff are super friendly and knowledgeable. With the option of same day appointment and virtual appointment they really give you the best pediatric care in Reno.

Dr. Tatem and nurse Verna are hands down the best pair. Nurse Verna is the sweetest most gentle nurse you will ever meet and paired with Dr Tatem they make a great team. I appreciate Dr Tatem's straight forward responses to questions I have and he always has the best interest of my daughter in mind. The only thing I would prefer is if their on call service would be allowed to schedule same day appointments for a sick child when the staff go to lunch.

Our family has been patients in this office for 21 years with four kids. We have always been treated with great care and same day when needed. In the past month we saw both Dr Sorensen and Dr Althoff. Both were kind, thorough and made my teenagers comfortable. I was so impressed with their interest in each child and our family. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
